Types of White broiler breeds

Hubbard:

This breed is characterized by the large size of the chick from the first day and its structural formation and the formation of meat and feathers begins from the age of the first day, so the chick shows changes day after day, and this feature is not available in other types of chicks such as the Evian and Cup chicks, which are somewhat delayed in growth, so the change in the size of the chick does not appear until at least two weeks have passed, and some breeders think that the company producing the chicks has cheated the breeder, and this is a misconception among some breeders, and therefore we at EL-Diasti for Poultry Production have addressed this topic because of its importance, as there are 4 different types of Hubbard chicks, which are:

Colored Hubbard, Classic Hubbard, Flexible Hubbard, Yield Hubbard.

Ross:

This breed of white chick is characterized by its tolerance to high temperatures in the summer inside open-system barns. Evian:

Everyone knows that the temperature during the incubation period for a one-day-old chick ranges between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius, but this breed of chicks does not need this temperature. Rather, a moderate temperature is always preferred, the best of which is 33 degrees Celsius. The most popular of these in Egypt is the Evian 48 breed.

Cup:

This strain is characterized by producing and giving very excellent weights if it is provided with suitable environmental conditions such as a lighting system that reaches 6 hours of darkness at the end of the cycle. Arbo Acres:

The IR breed is considered one of the newest breeds. The IR chick combines the characteristics of both the Ross and Cobb chicks. It takes the characteristics of the structure and length from the Ross chick and the characteristics of the chest from the Cobb chick.
